The former singer looked far from her usual bubbly self as she waited to go through security at LAX airport in Los Angeles.
With her face barely made-up, Jessica dressed down in jeans and a white sweater, with a scarf and high heels to add some style to her outfit.
Jessica announced that she was tying the knot with former NFL player Eric Johnson last November, just a week after her ex-husband Nick Lachey revealed his engagement.
But while Jessica, 30, is still in the planning stages of her wedding, her ex is rushing ahead.
The 37-year-old and fiancé Vanessa Minnillo, 30, celebrated their upcoming nuptials with a bridal shower this week at the London West Hollywood hotel in Los Angeles.
The couple rented out the lavish roof top pool garden for the party and celebrity guests including NFL star Matt Leinhart and the groom-to-be’s brother, Dancing with the Stars champion Drew Lachey.
Meanwhile, Jessica's ex, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo whom she split from in 2009, married beauty queen Candice Crawford on Saturday.
Former 98 Degrees star Nick and pop singer Jessica were married in 2002 but split three years later, when Jessica filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences.
Their married life was caught on cameras for their reality MTV show Newlyweds.
